Addendum

The tenant must provide satisfactory employment details, a photo ID, salary, and a completed credit application, and pass a criminal background check as per the landlord's requirements.

The tenant is required to obtain civil liability insurance for $2,000,000.00 and submit proof of the same before occupying the rental unit.

The tenant agrees to abide by the following conditions:

-Any commercial activity within the rental unit is strictly prohibited. -Tobacco and/or cannabis consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited. -Pets weighing no more than 20 pounds are allowed. -The rental unit cannot be sublet on Airbnb or any other platform.

Upon lease signing, the tenant must remit one month's rent to be applied to the first month of the lease term.
