I forgot to update the listing and the owner had the following conditions. I am updating the listing shortly.
Lessee must agree to the following. - No subleases or short-term leases will be permitted. In such a case, the tenant will be responsible for paying the fines related to this act. - The Tenant must comply with all building by-laws as enacted by the Project co-owners association (collectively the "Complex"). - The Lessor must provide the Tenant with the by-laws of the Complex. - The Tenant is responsible for all moving expenses (for example, upon moving and or moving out of the Premises, if applicable (unfurnished units only). - The Tenant must provide proof of personal property insurance as well as liability insurance (for a minimum coverage of $ 2,000,000). - No smoking tobacco, cannabis, vapes, or shishas. It is strictly prohibited to cultivate and/or consume marijuana or any other illegal drugs on the property. - No signs, displays, flags, etc. are allowed in windows, balconies, or other common areas of the property.
