THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE and TAL LEASE

1. The LESSEE agrees to sign a consent Pre-Rental form from Oligny & Thibodeau for a complete background investigation which must be satisfactory to the LESSOR.

2. Proof of Work Must be given in Form of Employment Letter.

3. The LESSEE Must provide a proof of Civil Liability insurance of $ 2,000,000 valid for the duration of the lease and before signing the lease.

4. Sublease, AirBnB, Short term leases Are Forbidden

5. The consumption and cultivation of cannabis in common or private areas is prohibited

6. Smoking of any form (Cigarettes, Cigars, Pipes, Shisha, etc..) is NOT allowed

7. Pets are Not allowed.

8. The LESSEE will be responsible for Moving-in and Moving-Out Expenses required and payable to the Syndicate

9. LESSEE will be responsible for paying any penalty due to their failure to comply with the by-laws and declaration of co-ownership or any fees due to the loss of keys/remote/Key Fob
