references.

* The LESSEE must provide proof of a civil liability and
content insurance policy with a minimum coverage of
$2,000,000. This policy must remain in effect throughout
the entire lease term. A copy must be submitted to the
LESSOR upon signing the lease.
* The LESSEE and their guests must comply with all rules
and regulations established by the syndicate and sign a
document confirming their commitment.
* The LESSEE must allow the LESSOR access to the property
for annual inspections or as reasonably required. Adequate
notice will be provided in advance.
* The property may not be painted, modified, or otherwise
altered without the prior written consent of the LESSOR.
* Short term rentals or subleasing (for example, Airbnb or
similar platforms) are strictly prohibited.
* Lease transfers and subletting are not permitted unless
expressly authorized in writing by the LESSOR.
* Moving expenses will be the responsibility of the LESSEE.
* At the end of the lease term, the property must be
returned in the same condition as it was at the beginning
of the lease, including all included items and the
condition of the flooring, subject to normal wear and tear.
* Upon signing the lease, the LESSEE must remit the first
month's rent.
